At Lewis Bay Chiropractic we will NEVER do anything in our office that you are not comfortable with.. There are many ways that our chiropractor providers are able to treat your spine without performing “cracks, snaps, pops or clicks.” All our chiropractic treatments, massage techniques and physical rehabilitation protocols will be discussed at length prior to performing anything. We welcome discussion and will be happy to address any specific concerns that you may have regarding your treatment plan.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON MY HYANNIS CHIROPRACTIC VISIT?
Your first visit with Lewis Bay Chiropractic will entail a comprehensive evaluation of your injuries and pertinent medical history. Based on the findings of our evaluation, it may be necessary to perform additional imaging studies (X rays, MRI, etc) if clinically appropriate, especially if you have been involved in a traumatic injury. Once a diagnosis has been established, we will design a treatment program to meet your individual health needs and discuss all treatment options with you prior to implementing your treatment plan. We will also assist you with coordinating referrals to other medical specialists if deemed clinically appropriate and medically necessary.
I WAS AT FAULT DURING AN AUTO ACCIDENT, DO I STILL QUALIFY FOR COVERAGE FOR TREATMENTS?
Yes, you still have personal injury protection coverage through your auto insurance. The state of Massachusetts is a “NO-FAULT” state, meaning that whether someone hit you or you hit someone else, or even if you lost control and hit a tree, you have personal injury protection for medical expenses of a minimum of $8000.00 whether you were at fault or not. OUR OFFICE IS HAPPY TO HELP YOU THROUGH THE PAPERWORK!
